ALL NIGHTER.

I finally sent Gabe a text message and was about to call him when he returned my message.  He was awake and waiting for his ride to the airport.  He didn't even waste time on sleep, he stayed up all night.

He called me later from the airport.  He was the first in line at the ticket counter, but was told that he had too many #'s in his e-ticket itinerary number and he was forced to step aside while the agents helped the others.  He was understandably upset, but I had his itinerary on the computer.  It didn't make sence to me though why they couldn't pull up his account by his name but I got the number for him.  Just as I started to give it to him, I heard someone in the background ask for his name.  A second later he told me that everything was okay.  Now why couldn't they do that to begin with?

The delay had him rushing to the gate.  But 'ding, ding, ding.... !'  He was the lucky customer who got picked for a full search.  He ended up having to run to the departure gate with his shoes in hand.  But he made it. 

So anyhow, I might have gotten an hour of sleep.  My eyes are in shock.  They won't blink.  When they do, they won't open.  I stumbled straight to the coffee pot.... coffee pot?  Where is my coffee pot?  Oh well, its not like it would have done me any good, because my can of coffee grounds was missing as well! Okay kids, this is so un-funny!  I finally found the coffee in the dish rack in the kitchen.  I don't even want to know how it got there.  I don't care.   I've got caffeine in my system.  My son will be here in an hour.  Life is good!
