"I know I am getting better at golf because I am hitting fewer spectators." Gerald R. Ford
"We could all use a lesson on the sacrifice of forgiveness from Gerald R. Ford, both as a country and as individuals. I did not know the man, but I benefited from his steady and compassionate leadership. For that I am eternally grateful." Dornbrau

You know, for an accidental President, he did a fantastic job!! He did not have his sight set on being President and to become President the way he, he is a hero in my book.

thank you for putting this up:) my son zach was upset because no one was concerned about our former president dieing. they were more worried about the bronco player who was killed. i feel bad for the family but he wasn't a president. thank you

I got the chance to meet President Ford and Neil Armstrong at Waialae Golf Course during one of the Hawaiian Open Golf Tournaments in the early 70's. Quite a thrill as you might imagine.
